Dough:1 cup of milk1 egg1 teaspoon of salt1 teaspoon of sugar1 tablespoon of margarine1 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour1 tablespoon of baking powder1/2 can of tomato sauceToppings:250 gr of thick grated mozzarella2 sliced tomatoesChopped olivesOregano to taste
Preparation
In the blender beat the milk, egg, salt, sugar, margarine, the wheat flour and baking powder until everything is well mixed.
Place the dough on a baking tray for pizza, greased with margarine and take to a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 350 F.
Remove from the oven and pour the tomato sauce, add the grated mozzarella, tomato and oregano to taste and
place it back in the oven until the mozzarella melts.
