Ingredients

3 eggs 3 tablespoons of green onion (chopped) 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley (chopped) 1 tablespoon of Portuguese grounded red pepper sauce (pimenta moida) 1/2 teaspoon of paprikaSalt (to taste)2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together (not the olive oil).
  2. Put the olive oil on the frying pan and heat it up.
  3. Pour the egg mix into it and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve with a salad for a healthy and delicious quick meal.
