Paula's yummy onion omelette recipe (receita de omelete com cebolinha), it's one of my favorites with a salad.

Ingredients
3 eggs 3 tablespoons of green onion (chopped) 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley (chopped) 1 tablespoon of Portuguese grounded red pepper sauce (pimenta moida) 1/2 teaspoon of paprikaSalt (to taste)2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation
- Mix everything together (not the olive oil).
- Put the olive oil on the frying pan and heat it up.
- Pour the egg mix into it and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Serve with a salad for a healthy and delicious quick meal.
