Ingredients
1 can of pineapple (about 14 oz)1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)5 eggs2 1/4 teaspoons of gelatin powder

Preparation
- In a saucepan, pour the pineapple juice from the can and heat it up.
- Once it's warm, dissolve the gelatin in the juice.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.
- Cut the pineapple slices into small pieces.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk to the yolks and beat well.
- Carefully mix the pineapple gelatin into the yolk mixture.
- Then add the pineapple pieces and mix everything well.
- Whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the pineapple cream mixture.
- Pour the mixture into small bowls or one large serving dish.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours until it sets and becomes firm.
