Ingredients

1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)6 large eggs1 2/3 cups passion fruit pulp (fresh or canned)1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk3/4 cup heavy cream

Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a 11-inch pie pan with the pie crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs.
  4. Add the sweetened condensed milk and passion fruit pulp and whisk until well combined.
  5. Add the heavy cream and mix everything together until smooth.
  6. Pour the filling into the tart crust.
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the tart is set and lightly golden.
  8. Once baked, remove the tart from the oven and let it cool.
  9. After it has cooled, remove it from the pan and serve.
