Ingredients
1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)6 large eggs1 2/3 cups passion fruit pulp (fresh or canned)1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk3/4 cup heavy cream

Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a 11-inch pie pan with the pie crust.
- In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and passion fruit pulp and whisk until well combined.
- Add the heavy cream and mix everything together until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the tart crust.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the tart is set and lightly golden.
- Once baked, remove the tart from the oven and let it cool.
- After it has cooled, remove it from the pan and serve.
