Ingredients
1 round homemade loaf2 onions9 oz (250 g) shrimp (peeled)3.5 oz (100 g) diced bacon3.5 oz (100 g) grated cheese3/4 cup (6.8 fl oz or 2 dl) mayonnaise2 tablespoons chopped corianderSalt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Preparation
- Slice off the top of the bread to create a lid.
- Remove the inner crumb without piercing the crust and cut the removed bread into cubes.
- Peel and chop the onions.
- In a bowl, combine the onions, shrimp, bacon, grated cheese, mayonnaise, and coriander.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
- Fill the hollowed-out bread loaf with the prepared mixture.
- Place the bread on a low-sided baking tray, cover it with aluminum foil, and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
- Remove the bread from the oven, take off the aluminum foil, and cover the bread with the previously cut lid.
- Arrange the bread cubes around the loaf and return to the oven, using the broiler setting for about 7 minutes until golden brown.
