Preparation

  1. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and season with salt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, pepper, nutmeg, sweet paprika, thyme, and honey.
  2. Let the chicken marinate for about 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
  4. Bake the chicken until golden, about 50 minutes.
  5. Occasionally, baste the chicken with the marinade during cooking.
  6. Turn off the oven and serve the chicken thighs with French fries.
