Ingredients
½ a filet of salmon already cooked3 eggs ½ of a onion 1/3 cup of olive oil Chopped coriander Salt (to taste)Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation
- In a frying pan sauté the onion in olive oil until it is translucent.
- Add the salmon broken into small pieces and cook.
- Beat the eggs well, season with salt and pepper and beat some more.
- Add the eggs to the pan and cover with lid until the eggs rise over medium low heat.
- Turn off the heat, place it on a plate and garnish with coriander.
- Enjoy!
