Ingredients
½ kg of ground chicken1 tablespoon of onion powder1 egg yolk4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs2 tablespoons of chopped parsley2 tablespoons of olive oilGround black pepper (to taste)Salt (to taste)

Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Shape the burgers and place them in the freezer for about 15 minutes so they get firmer.
- Heat a frying pan / skillet, drizzle with a little olive oil and grill the burgers.
