Ingredients
1 cup of sugar1 and 1/2 cups of condensed milk4 tablespoons of lime juice1 and 1/2 cups of milk3 eggs2 tablespoons of lime zest

Preparation
- In a blender, beat the sugar, the condensed milk, the lime juice, the milk, the eggs and lime zest all together.
- Place in a pudding form greased with butter and spinkled with sugar.
- Bake in a water bath in a preheated oven for about 1 hour at 180ºC or 350ºF.
- Let it cool and unmold, place on a serving dish and garnish with slices of lime.
